Texas Region Approximate Event Schedule

7:30am – 8:30am…. Registration & Tech Inspection Open
8:00am (approx)….. Course open for walking
8:45am (approx)….. Novice Walk Thru
9:15am (approx) ….. Mandatory Drivers Meeting
9:30am (approx)….. 1st heat Drivers in Grid, 1st heat Workers on course, First Car Out!

Car / Class Registration:
Make sure your registration for this event lists the car you will be driving during the event. If you signed up for Annual Registration or pre-registered for this event and need to change your car/class, check in during Registration and one of the workers will help you.Novices:
Novices compete with open classes. If you register in Novice class, please make sure to include “N” with your class letters/numbers.

If you have your own helmet, check label information here to confirm it is valid for competition per the SCCA National

Your helmet must have one of these labels visible. The DOT standard (FMVSS 218) alone is not sufficient. If your helmet is not valid when going through Tech Inspection, it will be held until the end of the event. Loaner helmets will be available at Grid.

Paddock & Grid locations:
Paddock at Bus Lot events, will be the large parking lot just North of the Bus Lot (corner of Victory Circle & Allison Ave). Grid location will be on the Bus Lot on the Northwest corner. Additional Grid information will be provided at the drivers meeting.

Live Timing results uploaded as they are scored throughout the day. You’ll be able to view live results with your smart phone, tablet or computer during the event.Live results during the event will be available at: sololive.texasscca.org

Passengers are allowed at Texas Region SCCA Solo events. Any passengers not registered for the event as a competitor must become a weekend member of SCCA and wear an SCCA wristband. There is no charge for passenger weekend membership. The weekend membership form can be completed on-site at the event. General spectators (non-competitors/non-passengers) will still need to sign the regular waiver and must wear a non-competitor/non-passenger wristband.

Texas Motor Speedway prohibits all firearms on their property, including concealed carry.Texas Motor Speedway prohibits drones, quadcopters, or any other type of remote control devices.Minors:
Minors are allowed on site (except in Grid) with adult supervision at all times. Parent/guardian must be on site and sign the appropriate waiver.
