The
Texas Region is looking for SCCA racecar owners and drivers that would
like to show their racers at auto shows in and around the Dallas/Fort
Worth area.
This is
a chance to get excellent exposure for your race team and help your club
at the same time. Local
auto shows are a great way for the Texas Region to show people in the area
who we are and what the SCCA is all about.
We also need member
volunteers to talk about the SCCA displayed racecars and to help recruit new
members at the auto shows. This
is an excellent opportunity for
members to socialize and get to know other members of the club.
Please PASS THE WORD to
other Texas Region Members that might be
interested in participating in these local Texas Auto Shows.
The Classic Corral at the
State Fair of Texas is
one of the club's annual auto shows that have become a valuable opportunity for
the club to
recruit new members and to expose the SCCA to more people in North Texas.
If
you would like to volunteer your time and/or racecar to help the club get
exposure, please send email to express your interest. You will
be put on a list of members that are contacted in the future about upcoming
auto shows. Please send your email to
