Free Beer or Soft Drink at HOOTERS
for members who sign up to volunteer for one of our Road Race specialties or Committees. Please
come Wednesday night, August 10th and sign up to volunteer to
help our Region be the best that it can be.
Road
Race Operations
(F&C, T&S, Tech, Race Control, Stewards,
Marshals, etc.)
You
will be able to work with Flagging and Communications, Timing and Scoring,
Race Start, Race Control, Grid, or Hot Pits, to help stage our races.
Race
Support
Volunteers
are needed to help with Registration, Paddock Parking, Pit Access and
Control, and Paddock and Grandstand Security during the TMS Race Weekends.

Publicity
Volunteers
needed to help Publicity Chairman on all Race Sponsorships, Public
Relations, and Advertising. Although we have a successful newsletter and
website team, there are ways you
could help here if your skills run in that direction.
Hospitality
Volunteers
needed to Staff and Manage the Texas Region SCCA Merchandise and
Information Booth inside the Paddock area during the May Sunburn Grand
Prix.
Volunteers
needed to work the Front Gate at TMS during the race weekend to process
Guest Registration and Information.
